I accept
Claxton is younger and I like him more than Gobert and he fits my team better and kennard brings shooting that this team needs badly
I think Claxton will have a huge year this year and I have no problem giving him a max contract.

The Memphis Grizzlies accept this trade.
We add Rudy Gobert, who is very good defensive rebounder and defender. He has a large salary, but it was something we were going to have to pay to keep Claxton in town. We’re going to miss Claxton and Kennard, one of the better shooters in the league. Both were starters for my team. Bey is a tempo-pushing wing who can shoot some from the outside. The pick, although in a weaker draft, gives me another shot at a quality bench player.

Just as a note:
This trade leaves Atlanta about $2.5m short of being able to max Claxton this summer. This can be solved by either letting Kennard or Toppin walk. But just thought I’d point it out.

I really don't like this trade for Atlanta but it's not franchise ruining. I'll accept

I am going to accept. I think Rudy is pretty good but Claxton is pretty good himself (not same level, but, good in his own right), and younger, so I understand that appeal. I kind of don't think ATL should need to give up a 1st but it is a pick in this year's draft (bad draft) and right now would be pick 21...so I guess it's not that big of a deal in this case.
Accept.

Despite being a fan of players like Claxton, Kennard and Aldama, I'm still very confused by this moves by the Hawks, but I guess some people could argue that the Gobert contract isn't going to age well while they're getting 3 players in their prime years.
I really don't like it, but I'm going to accept
